I teach college composition, rhetoric, literature, and humanities, and coordinate a writing center at a two-year college. I partner with students and tutors, library faculty, instructional designers, and administrators to develop learner-centered instruction in face-to-face, synchronous and asynchronous formats. As I earn a second master’s degree, in Digital Education Leadership at Seattle Pacific University, my current research interests focus on promoting the success of two-year college students by supporting student and faculty leadership and harnessing the power of digital technologies to foster holistic and ethical higher education alternatives.
